1. Boil the water first, you can put some salt in the water, the dumplings will not break easily. It’s fine if you don’t add it.

2. After the water is boiled, place the dumplings in the boiling water.

4,下锅后开始计时 5min。

5,锅可以不盖盖子,一直让水滚,没问题。5min 后捞出即可享用。

6, 如果想让水饺煮出来大肚子 ,可以在4:45 的时候,把盖子盖上15秒后,再捞出水饺享用。
